Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) is developing a lightweight, high-resolution Multi-Spectral Imaging Carbon Observatory (MUSICO) to be deployed on China's Space Station. This project, led by HKUST, aims to monitor carbon dioxide and methane emissions from industrial facilities, power plants, and other sources, providing data for carbon emissions monitoring and verification.
